How Income Is Calculated
Find Your Qualifying Range
Maximum Income
Monthly rent x 12, divided by 0.30, sets the maximum annual household income for that home.
Minimum Income
Households must earn at least three times the monthly rent, or monthly rent x 3 x 12 per year.
Example
A WFH home at $2,300 per month qualifies households earning $82,800 to $92,000 per year.
Income Limits
Maximum Annual Household Income

| 2 persons | $121,680 |
