These workforce housing apartment homes are available to qualified applicants whose household income meets the applicable Broward County income limits.

Applicants for workforce housing apartment homes must meet the applicable household income requirements. For Caroline Pompano Beach, eligible households may not exceed 120% of the Broward County Area Median Income, adjusted for household size. Income qualification will be based on gross annual household income, and supporting documentation will be required as part of the approval process.

 - 1: $106,440

 - 2: $121,680

 - 3: $136,800

 - 4: $152.160

 - 5: $164,280

- Additional Income limits for 6 or more occupants available

Income Qualifications:

We will qualify you based on GROSS annual income, please call for additional details on acceptable proof of income.

What do I need to Pre-Qualify?

To begin the application, please present the following documents:

1. Complete application for every household member 18 years of age and older

2. Income Verification Items

3. Additional documents that may be required depending on each person’s individual income and assets

4. 2 years of Resident or Rental Verification if applicable
